SHIPPING POLICY


   ⁃    All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


   ⁃    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


   ⁃    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


   ⁃    LEAP TRADING & MARKETING is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and let us know so that we can help you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


   ⁃    LEAP TRADING & MARKETING can only send orders to Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Any purchase must be cancelled before the order is dispatched to receive a refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


   ⁃    Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from leapbodywash.com


   ⁃    Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and un-used condition with original product packaging and labels.


   ⁃    If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.


   ⁃    LEAP TRADING & MARKETING reserves the right for final decision.


   ⁃    LEAP TRADING & MARKETING reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
